In the just released James Halliday Australian Wine Companion 2012 edition, Wollombi Village Vineyard had been rated 4 stars (ie very good producer of wines with class & character), with both their 2009 & 2010 chardonnay gaining 90 points (from a possible 100), whilst their 2007 Rosé rated well with 87. The 2010 chardonnay (marketed as Challombi) at $10- a bottle has been listed as one of the 10 best value white wines in Australia for $10- & under.
